impact on how we are perceived. I assume we should care about both our
spheres - spiritual one and representative.

everything. However, you need to understand that the physical activity
is only 30% of the whole. The other 70% is a healthy diet. 9 steps to accomplish wonders :
1. Forget about solutions and wonder diets for a moment - the change
must accompany you whole your life.
2. Make yourself a schedule of meals and practices on your calendar.
3. 5 meals a day; more, but in smaller portions.
4. Control yourself! Limit your sweets consumption.
5. Do not start off tomorrow, do it today!
6. Fix the meals yourself, it gives a lot of pleasure.
7. Do not eat greedily, do it slowly. Your stomach will be filled
quicker.
8. Move yourself! Exercise is not just sweat, but also a lot of
satisfaction.
9. Healthy sleep regulates metabolism. Get enough sleep!
